Molecules interacting with ribosomal proteins

Now, we can look at the compounds belonging to clusters that hit ribosomal proteins with higher specificity.

Just click on each plot to get an expanded view.

Most of molecules interact quite specifically with mammalian and bacterial ribosomal proteins. Few non ribosomal-specific interactions occur with PCSK9 convertase and the KCNH2 vlotage-gated potassium channel.

The tree map shows most specific molecular clusters, based on how many compounds hit on the set of ribosomal proteins shown in the graph on the left  vs the total number of compounds that have molecular interaction records in ChEMBL.

These clusters are highlighted in the scatter plot representing SARS predicted or actual potency vs total number of molecules per cluster.

The box plot represents the distribution of SARS score for each cluster.
